Coronary Anomalous Origin
This variant of ALCAPA shows in intramural course of the coronary artery from the right ostium, penetrating into the infundibular myocardium underneath the pulmonary valve and emerging to the left of the pulmonary artery in an almost normal position where the left main would bifurcate into LAD and circumflex branches.
