Antibody Mediated Rejection (AMR) - III

This micrograph shows granular deposits of DAF (CD55) in endothelial cells of an endomyocardial biopsy. The white arrowheads show the green fluorescent deposits and the DAPI (blue stain) shows some of the elongated endothelia cell nuclei. The lipofuscin within the myocytes fluoresces green when excited wtiht the FITC filter, and it fluoresces red when viewed with the DAPI filter.
