Myocardial Infarct - Healed Subendocardial - I
This image shows a healed subendocardial infarction involving the anterior interventricular septum, the anterior wall and the lateral wall of the left ventricle. In addition an acute subendocardial infarction is now visible as a redish dark discoloration in the posterior left ventricular wall.
